Today, we completed the second session of the hashtag Empower Series at Crevavi Engineering Solutions - this time focused on hashtag Emotional Intelligence (EI).
This learning journey has deepened my understanding of Leadership, self-awareness, and the impact of coaching in enabling transformation — both personal and professional.
I am privileged to have completed the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝟲-𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 – 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿. As part of this journey, I have designed and launched 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽: 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗯, helping professionals step into growth with clarity and confidence.
